About me
My first experience of therapy was 14 years ago, and I realised then the transformative power that it can have.
I resolved at that time to become a therapist myself, and I am now deeply committed to providing a therapy that has the potential to heal and create positive change in the way that I experienced.
My background is in music performance, and I have specialist knowledge of performance anxiety.
I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy from an Integrative Perspective from the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy. This is a Masters Degree Level 7 course.
I am a member of the BACP, the ITAA, the IIPA and the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy. I abide by the ethical codes of the BACP and the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Transactional Analysis, and I am neurodiversity-affirming.
