About me

My first experience of therapy was in my 20s, and I realised then the transformative power that it can have.

I resolved at that time to become a therapist myself, and I am now deeply committed to providing a therapy that has the potential to heal and create lasting change in the way that I experienced.

I am a fully qualified psychotherapist, accredited with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I am also a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy from an Integrative Perspective from the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy. This is a Masters Degree Level 7 course.

I have also completed additional training in sexual trauma, shame, relational trauma, attachment and disordered eating.

My background is in musical performance, and I have specialist knowledge of performance anxiety.

I have two children, and live in south Manchester.
